30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, for defective items caused by our factory. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.
Personalized Orders and Change of Mind:
For personalized orders or instances of change of mind (such as size, color, etc.), please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item is in production, we cannot refund, change the shipping address, or modify the order details (such as size, color, etc.).
Return Shipping Cost:
The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as an incorrect personalized order.
Change of Address:
If you need to change the shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item is in production, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the item enters production. In the event of an order cancellation, where the item has not yet entered production, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of USD 10 or 10% of the total order value, whichever is higher. This fee covers our operational costs to stop the production process.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that the following conditions must be met for a refund to be processed:
– The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
– All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
– The return must be initiated within the 30-day return window.
Return Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Items damaged or misused after delivery.
– Personalized items with correct specifications as provided by the customer.
– Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the 30-day return period.
